Hon. David E. Jones,
ret., Creighton 1987, is a full-time mediator/arbitrator/special referee with
Resolute Systems, a AAA panel member, and a Fellow of the National Association
of Distinguished Neutrals. He was a former U.S. Magistrate Judge for the
Eastern District of Wisconsin, a Partner at Perkins Coie, where he focused on
patent and anti-trust litigation, an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western
District of Wisconsin, and on-active duty in the Army as an Assistant to the
General Counsel of the Army in the Pentagon.
