Jessa Nicholson Goetz is a private practice criminal defense attorney who focuses on serious felony trial-level litigation. Nicholson Goetz is highly regarded by her colleagues, the judiciary, and prosecutors statewide, and has had success in a number of high profile cases, including winning full acquittals (and corresponding Martin Hanson Advocacy Prizes) in three separate homicide cases and being one of the namesakes of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers' Sensitive Crimes: Kuchler-Nicholson-Stilling Award, which was created to honor outstanding work obtaining full acquittals in felony sexual assault cases.
