Judge Rachel A. Graham was appointed to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV, in 2019 and elected in 2020. Originally from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, she received her B.A. from Northwestern University, and then lived in Oregon, Louisiana, and Milwaukee before moving to Madison to study law at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Before attending law school, Judge Graham was a middle school special education teacher and taught media production skills to high school students. After obtaining her J.D., she clerked for the Honorable Ann Walsh Bradley and practiced commercial litigation at Quarles & Brady LLP. Judge Graham is a past recipient of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association Pro Bono & Public Service Award. She is a member of the James E. Doyle Inns of Court and currently serves as a director of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
