Wanda Plachecki, MA, NHA is the Executive Director of LaCrosse County's Long Term Care & Residential Services division. A licensed nursing home administrator, Wanda holds a master's degree in health and human service administration.
With 30 years in long-term care and residential services, Wanda has experienced the ups and downs of workforce issues over the years. Through it all, she has learned that fostering a sense of connection and community can be the best “recruiter" of all.
