She provides consulting services, executive coaching, team retreats, keynotes, webinars, and workshops for organizations large and small. Carolien has 32 years of experience with clients in a wide variety of industries in Europe and the U.S., including many years in the legal field. Focus areas are change management, leadership excellence, team effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and communication and collaboration.
Carolien is known for a practical, engaging, candid, and strategic approach. She received three master's degrees in psychology and education from universities in the Netherlands and the UK and applies insights from her experiences living in the Netherlands, the U.K, Singapore, and the U.S.
