Join us as we “pass the gavel" and celebrate a historic moment—the swearing-in of Dan D. Gartzke as the 70th President of the State Bar of Wisconsin! We'll also honor and applaud the leadership of our outgoing President, Ryan Billings, as his remarkable term comes to a close.
