Order 19-07: Amending Rules Regarding OLR Confidentiality Requirements
On March 13, 2019, the OLR Procedure Review Committee filed a petition asking the court to amend its confidentiality rules to balance the interests of an accused attorney against the public’s right to know and to be protected in lawyer disciplinary cases.
ORDER ISSUED: Oct. 10, 2019
DISPOSITION: Petition granted in part and denied in part. A final order delineating specific rule changes is held in abeyance pending resolution of other pending OLR rule petitions.
