    CLE Seminars presents Annual Tax School and Corporate Practice Institute

    Learn about the most recent federal, state, and international taxation changes at the 56th Annual Tax School seminar on Dec. 2 in Milwaukee from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This year's program also provides an inside look at Circular 230, the Regulations Governing the Practice of Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants before the Internal Revenue Service.

    The video seminar is scheduled for Dec. 20 at select statewide locations (not offered at Kenosha, Rhinelander, and Superior). Tuition is $179 for Tax Section members and $199 for nonsection members. The program has been submitted for 7.5 CLE credits, 1.0 EPR credits, and will be submitted for Minnesota CLE credits.

    The live-only 29th Annual Corporate Practice Institute (CPI), Dec. 6 - 8 in Milwaukee, is cosponsored for the 10th consecutive year by State Bar CLE Seminars and CPI. Six convenient half-day sessions focus on real estate development in a new era of regulation, the latest issues in business litigation, employee benefits on qualified retirement plans, corporate finance trends and recurring issues, retirement and succession planning issues for the closely held business owner, and ethics and professional responsibility for the corporate practitioner. Sessions are scheduled 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1 - 5 p.m.

    Each half-day session has been submitted for up to 3.5 CLE credits. The Ethics and Professional Responsibility

    session will be submitted for 3.5 EPR credits. Tuition for one session is $150, two sessions $200, three or more sessions $325.

    Start times include a 30-minute registration period.
