Dec. 2, 2009 – This annual report describes a sampling of the State Bar’s efforts over the past year to provide resources to help lawyers thrive in today’s legal and economic environment. Equally important, the State Bar brings lawyers together to improve the legal profession and the justice system. This annual report covers Fiscal Year 2009, July 1, 2008 – June 30, 2009.
