April 20, 2011 – Beginning Nov. 1, 2011, mandatory auto insurance limits will be cut in half, and drivers will not be required to maintain underinsured motorist coverage. In addition, insurance carriers will be able to prevent insureds from stacking coverage amounts that cover multiple vehicles.

April 20, 2011 — In March 2011, the Wisconsin Legislature's Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative Rules, in an unusual step, suspended proposed PSC rules for the uniform local regulation of wind power.
