About the Candidates
Eric Toney (challenger), a 2010 graduate of Hamline University School of Law, has served as the district attorney for Fond du Lac County since 2013.
Josh Kaul (incumbent), a 2007 graduate of Stanford Law School, is a former federal prosecutor and has served as the state’s attorney general since 2018.
