Judge Louis B. Butler will be sworn in as a justice of the Wisconsin
Supreme Court on Aug. 25, at 10:30 a.m. in the State Capitol's Assembly
Chamber. A celebration is scheduled at the Milwaukee County War Memorial
in Milwaukee, 5-7 p.m. Both events are open to the public
