Government attorneys needed to serve as election officials on Nov. 4
There is a critical need for poll workers on election day. The Government Accountability Board and the Department of Administration seek government employees, including attorneys, who are entitled by statute (Wis. Stat. section 7.33) to serve as election officials on Nov. 4 without loss of salary, benefits, or seniority.

officials on Nov. 4
There is a critical need for poll workers on election day. The
Government Accountability Board and the Department of Administration
seek government employees, including attorneys, who are entitled by
statute (Wis. Stat. section 7.33) to serve as election officials on Nov.
4 without loss of salary, benefits, or seniority. Volunteers must give
their supervisor at least seven days notice, and receive permission for
a paid leave of absence. Volunteers must also attend a training session
and receive permission from the local municipal election clerk
Government lawyers interested in volunteering should contact their
municipal clerk.
