the NFL Players Association, authorizing him to negotiate on behalf

Marc Jay Bern, Chicago-Kent 1975, senior partner of Napoli, Kaiser
& Bern LLP, New York, spoke at the national Mealeys Conference on
Fen-phen in West Palm Beach, Fla. His firm represents victims nationwide
in fen-phen litigation.
Sylvan Sobel, U.W. 1983, has published a children's
book called Presidential Elections and Other Cool Facts
(Barron's 2000). His first book, How the U.S. Government
Works (Barron's 1999), was featured on C-SPAN's
Book TV program earlier this year. Sobel is director of communications
for the Federal Judicial Center, Washington, D.C.
