Rachel A. Graham is a judge on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District IV, having been appointed in 2019 and elected in 2020. She was raised in Stevens Point and received her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Before becoming a lawyer, Rachel was a public school special education teacher and taught media production skills. Following law school, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Ann Walsh Bradley and practiced commercial litigation at Quarles & Brady LLP. She is a past recipient of the Seventh Circuit Pro Bono & Public Service Award, and she currently serves as a director of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar.
