Aug. 20, 2014 – The State Bar recently enhanced the article comment feature on the WisBar website. Comments posted to the end of WisBar News, Wisconsin Lawyer, and InsideTrack articles now feature threaded conversations. It also notifies you when someone responds to your comment, displays your profile photo with your comment, and, if available, includes a link to the commenter’s email address.
State Bar members can post comments as a way to generate discussion, create interaction with other members, and demonstrate their expertise on various subjects.
Comments now include threaded conversations, user notifications, names and photos, and can be edited or deleted
Posting comments to articles on WisBar is an interactive experience. As a members-only benefit, your comments are now offered as threaded conversations so you can reply to a specific comment, and, in turn, you may receive feedback on your comment. You will be alerted by email if someone comments or replies to your posting.
You also can edit or delete your comments or communicate with a member directly by clicking on the name or photo to access an email address.
If you have uploaded your photo to WisBar Lawyer Search, your photo displays with your comment. To upload your photo, read WisBar 101: Make ‘Photo Not Found’ Message Disappear in Your Lawyer Search Profile, WisBar InsideTrack, Sept. 18, 2013.
How to Leave a Comment
The comment box appears at the end of articles. Simply type your comment in the “leave a comment” box and click “Submit comment” when you are satisfied with your comment. To post a comment or read comments, you must first log in. Comments are a member benefit; nonmembers cannot leave or read comments.
Just give it a try. We look forward to the conversation.
