Oct. 1, 2014 – The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) will present the Wisconsin Attorney’s Professionalism Seminar at American Family Headquarters in Madison on Nov. 7. Experienced practitioners and OLR staff will provide practical insights and comprehensive information to help lawyers practice ethically and professionally. Presenters will provide practice management solutions (office systems, risk management, litigation management, fees, and fee agreements), technological efficiencies, and tips on meeting lawyers’ professional duties (including trust account management, diligence, and conflicts).
