Preparing to innovate is the topic of discussion for George Hofheimer, chief knowledge officer at the Filene Research Institute in Madison. Coming from the highly regulated financial field and one of the only think tanks in Wisconsin, he will offer perspectives that can apply to the legal profession.

Panel presentations include Preparing to Innovate, Professionalism and Leadership, Leading the Profession Innovatively, and Ethical Considerations When Implementing Change.
Review and learn the ethical rules that form the boundary of innovation from State Bar Assistant Ethics Counsel Aviva Kaiser. Kaiser will discuss new ethical rules that would allow for innovation in differing areas of the profession.
