March 20, 2019 – The State Bar of Wisconsin’s Board of Governors influence the future of the State Bar as well as set its policy direction. Your vote for these candidates will make a difference in the future of your practice and your profession.
State Bar members will elect Board of Governor representatives during April. The Board of Governors is the State Bar's policymaking body. Governors serve two-year terms. See who is running.
Districts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15 will elect governors in 2019. District 2 (Milwaukee) elects seven; District 9 (Dane) elects three; and all other districts elect one.

The State Bar will mail election ballots no later than April 12, 2019. Ballots must be returned no later than April 26, 2019.
Persons elected take office July 1, 2019.
