Wisconsin Supreme Court Notice
Order 20-03: Redistricting
On June 3, 2020, attorneys Richard M. Esenberg, Brian McGrath, and Anthony F. LoCoco, on behalf of Scott Jensen and the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty (WILL) petitioned the court to amend the “original action” rule, Wis. Stat. § 809.70, to create a procedural mechanism for the court to consider anticipated legal challenges to redistricting plans.
ORDER ISSUED: May 14, 2021
DISPOSITION: Petition denied.
