    June 19, 2024 – Reserve your spots now for CLE in August for two programs will help you boost your practice: The Family Law Workshop and Indian Law CLE.

    Sturgeon Bay: Family Law Workshop is Aug. 1-3, 2024

    The 43rd annual Family Law Workshop, hosted by the State Bar Family Law Section, is once again in August at the Stone Harbor Resort in Door County.

    The conference provides an opportunity to receive CLE credits in family law-focused programming along with an opportunity to socialize with family law practitioners and experts from around the state.

    The CLE programming is spread out over three half-days to allow the rest of your time to be spent with family and friends in Door County.

    CLE sessions include presentations on property division and support settlements, safety for practitioners, the intersection of family law and special needs planning, valuing unique assets, and Obergefell after eight years, as well as the annual case law and legislative update.

    Optional social events include a Thursday evening cocktail hour and reception, and a scenic boat ride on Friday afternoon. Guests are welcome to attend these events.

    The Workshop will be submitted to the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners for up to 14 CLE credits including 1.0-2.0 EPR and 3.0 GAL-minor credits.

    Join practitioners in Indian law and those seeking to learn more about this broad field of practice for the 12th Annual Indian Law CLE at the Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells Hotel & Conference Center in Baraboo, Aug. 15-16, 2024.

    Sponsored by the State Bar Indian Law Section, the conference includes a wide range of topics in Indian Law, including:
