Hearing Order 24-03: Chapter 70 Rules of Judicial Administration
On June 19, 2024, the Director of State Courts filed a rule petition asking the court to amend, create, and repeal parts of Supreme Court Rule (SCR) Chapter 70, pertaining to the rules of judicial administration.
ORDER ISSUED: Nov. 5, 2024
DISPOSITION: Public hearing scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. in the Supreme Court Hearing Room in the State Capitol, Madison. The court’s open administrative conference will be held immediately following the public hearing.
