The Prepayment Plan: What You Need to Know
Active, Active New, Senior Active, Inactive, and Judicial State Bar members can participate.
Enroll in the plan by completing the online payment agreement and payment authorization form by Jan. 9, 2025.
The first installment payment occurs in January.
Payments are made in five equal installments (January through May).
Participants will make the sixth final payment through the State Bar’s online payment portal. This allows them to update their records, sign and submit their trust account certificate online, join optional sections and divisions, and, if desired, apply the Keller dues reduction and donate to the Wisconsin Law Foundation.
Law firms participating in firm billing will continue to pay their assessments and dues through that process.
