Dec. 5, 2016 – Gov. Scott Walker is seeking applicants for judicial appointment to the circuit court bench in both Burnett and Polk counties.
In Burnett County, the new appointee will replace outgoing Circuit Court Judge Kenneth L. Kutz, whose resignation was effective Nov. 26, 2016. The new appointee, should he or she choose to run, would be up for election in April 2017.
In Polk County, the new appointee will replace outgoing Circuit Court Judge Molly GaleWyrick, whose resignation is effective Nov. 30, 2016. The new appointee, should he or she choose to run, would be up for election in April 2017.
