Former State Bar President Truman Q. McNulty passed away
suddenly on Monday, Jan. 26. Visitation will take place at the Becker
Ritter Funeral Home, 14075 W. North Ave., Brookfield on Jan. 30 from 4
to 8 p.m. A memorial mass will be offered at St. Bernard's Church, 7474
Harwood Avenue, Wauwatosa, on Jan. 31 at 11:00 a.m.
The interment will be at Wisconsin Memorial Cemetery, immediately
following the Memorial Service. This will be a military service,
recognizing Truman's long and distinguished service during active duty
in the China-Burma-India Theatre and as a Colonel in the United States
Army Reserves in the Judge Advocate Corps. There will be a special 21
gun salute as a part of the burial ceremony.
McNulty leaves his wife Emily; four children Mark, Mary Kay, Brian,
and Erin; and four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any and all
contributions be made to the Marquette University Law School. The funds
will be used for a special project to be announced at a later date.
