Ethics 2000 Committee ready to wrap up
The Supreme Court’s Ethics 2000 Study Review Committee, sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin, is nearing the end of its more than year-long study of the American Bar Association’s proposed changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys.

The Supreme Court's Ethics 2000 Study Review Committee,
sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin, is nearing the end of its more
than year-long study of the American Bar Association's proposed
changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys. The
Committee, chaired by Daniel Hildebrand and vice-chaired by Thomas
Basting, expects to present its recommendations to the Supreme Court
this fall. A comprehensive document, outlining the Committee's
proposed changes to the current ethical rules is available online, and
