Section/Division error on dues statement

If you're a State Bar member who has one or more section/division memberships, you may have received an annual membership and assessments statement with the wrong section/division memberships checked.

Shortly after the annual statements were mailed, the State Bar became aware of a printing error in the section/division area on some statements. If you paid the amount shown under section 5 of the statement entitled "State Bar Section Dues", you will remain a member of your current sections. Some of you have been returning your statement with the incorrect sections crossed out and the correct ones marked. That will also ensure your continued section membership.
