Deadlines near for State Bar officer, governor, and division officer
candidates
January 15, 2003
If you want to serve your colleagues and help shape the profession,
consider becoming more involved in State Bar activities.
According to Governor Jim Mohr of Hartford, "There is an
extraordinarily diverse cross-section of attorneys on the Board of
Governors who give very thoughtful consideration to many of the
important issues that our profession faces. There are also hundreds of
other volunteer attorneys who donate their time to Bar committees, and I
am impressed by their devotion to these matters. I encourage all members
to get involved in Bar activities."
