Learn More about the GAB and the Legislative Process at Upcoming Seminar
The Legislative Process is the subject of an all-day seminar, Dec. 14, offered live at the State Bar Center and by simultaneous webcast. The morning session will cover the role of the Department of Justice in the legislature, researching legislative history in Wisconsin, a Legislative Council Training session, and the Clearing House Rules process. The afternoon session will cover the new Government Accountability Board (GAB). A GAB board member will present an overview of the board and its implementation to be followed by a panel discussion on criminal proceedings under the GAB.
