Invest in Another 25 Years of Mock Trial
The seeds of today's Mock Trial Program were sown in the late 1970s
when a
high school teacher in Superior sought help from local attorneys to
develop a
program for Law Day, resulting in a mock trial open to the public.
To recognize the hundreds of judicial, attorney, teacher, and
student
volunteers who have contributed to the success of the Mock Trial Program
since
its inception in 1983, a special 25th anniversary celebration will be
held on
March 16 in Madison in conjunction with the state competition. Consider

Support the awards banquet. Financial contributions will
help fund
the Awards Banquet on March 16 in Madison. For information about

Ensure the Mock Trial Program's long-term
success. The Mock Trial Program is the most visible law-related
education program statewide, and its
success depends on sponsorship as much as it does on volunteers.
In 2004, the WLF established the Mock Trial Designated Fund to
support
the continued success of the program by ensuring that adequate funding
is
provided from generous donors. The WLF is a 501(c)3 organization; all
gifts are
tax deductible to the extent provided by law. To make a donation,
contact
Laura Emerson at (800) 444-9404, ext. 6015.
