Mentoring Resources
State Bar's Mentor Program
This program matches new lawyers, law students and undergraduate
pre-law students with volunteers who are experienced attorneys. An
additional component, the Tag-Along Program, allows a student or new
lawyer to observe an attorney in the field for part of a day. Contact

Association for Women Lawyers
A 400-member organization in the Milwaukee area, AWL is open to law students and attorneys.
Mentoring occurs through group functions and individual contacts. For

American Inns of Court, Wisconsin chapters
Based on the English model of legal apprenticeship, the Inns of Court
brings together experienced attorneys, new attorneys and law students.
Four chapters now exist in Wisconsin. Contacts are: Judge Virginia
