    (4m) The treatment of section 13.48(18) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2002, or upon completion of acquisition of property sufficient for the construction of a facility to meet the space needs of the state law library, the legislative reference bureau library and legislative and judicial branch agencies and support staffs.

    Effective dates; financial institutions: (1) RESIDENT DOMESTIC CORPORATIONS. The treatment of section 180.1130(10m) of the statutes takes effect retroactively to Oct. 14, 1997.

    Effective dates; health and family services: (Vetoed in part) (2) KINSHIP CARE PHOTOGRAPH REQUIREMENT. The treatment of section 48.57(3p)(d) of the statutes takes effect on Jan. 1, 1998, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.

    Effective dates; legislature: The treatment of section 20.865(4)(u)(by section 3s) of the statutes takes effect on June 30, 1999.

    Effective dates; military affairs: EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT. The treatment of section 166.215(5) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 1998.
