CLE Seminars Presents: Winning Your Case with Killer
Cross-examination Techniques, with Pozner and Dodd
Want to improve your cross-examination skills? In this June 23 State
Bar CLE seminar, attorneys Roger Dodd and Larry Pozner - two of
America's most popular CLE lecturers - present courtroom-tested
techniques and strategies that transcend the type of litigation at
issue. Whether your case is civil, criminal, divorce, or commercial law,
these techniques work.
Winning Your Case with Killer Cross-examination
Techniques will teach you a whole new way to try a case - one
that integrates cross-examination with every step of the trial process.
Through the use of practical examples, you will learn how to phrase
questions to block witness evasions, create fact-sensitive sequences of
questions, psychologically dominate hostile witnesses, compel admissions
on the key points of your cross, and use a hostile witness's own words
to create a devastating cross-examination.
This full-day program, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., has been approved for up to
