Rohde Dales LLP, a full-service law firm with over 125 years of history, is currently seeking an associate attorney to join our transactional law practice with an emphasis on estate planning, probate, real estate and business transactions. The position will work collaboratively with our fellow attorneys, clients, paralegals, financial advisors and court professionals to provide comprehensive estate planning, trust, real estate and business law services
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to critically evaluate complex topics with strong research, writing and communication skills. Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to your clients
· Draft estate planning and other transactional legal documents
· Work collaboratively with fellow attorneys, paralegals and other firm staff
· Perform legal research and stay current on practice area changes
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
· Admission to and good standing with WI State Bar
· Experience with transactional law with a preference for real estate, estate planning,
probate and trust law
· Strong critical thinking, analytical and communication skills
· Strong work-ethic and ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
· Ability to connect and build relationships with clients
