The Law Offices of Mark S, Knutson, S.C. was founded in 1994. We are presently seeking a full-time Divorce/Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in Family Law and possess strong communication, writing and research skills. Responsibilities include:
-Manage family law cases including divorce, child custody, child support and property division
-Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions and other legal documents
-Represent clients in court hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations
-Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
-Maintain client relationships through clear and timely communication
-Manage full caseload independently
-Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
