The State Bar of Wisconsin's State Bar Center has complimentary meeting space available to members on an “as-available" basis. Meeting rooms can accommodate groups of 4-100 depending on the rooms reserved and seating set-up. Meeting rooms at the State Bar Center are reserved primarily for State Bar entities. Meeting space requests for all other groups will be considered on a space-available and case-by-case basis.

Details
Mendota, Monona, and Wingra Meeting Rooms: Requests to reserve Mendota, Monona or Wingra on Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, September through January, can only be considered when the request is made within 4 weeks of the meeting date. Requests (other than by State Bar entities) to reserve Mendota, Monona or Wingra from February through August, and on Mondays and Tuesdays September through January, can only be considered when the request is made within 4 months of the meeting date.
Fees: There is no rental fee for State Bar entities, State Bar members and legal-related, non-profit groups.
Hours: The State Bar Center is available during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The building is locked at 4:45 p.m. Please conclude your meeting by 4:45 pm and exit the building before 5 pm.
Beverage service includes regular and decaf coffee, hot tea selection, assorted soda products, and ice water. No beverages shall be removed from the State Bar premises. Please contact Customer Service for all the beverage prices.
Teleconference equipment: Existing State Bar teleconference equipment may be used; however, the group must make their own calling arrangements.
Copies will be made for 15 cents per page, 30 cents for double-sided copies.
Catering and food options: You may bring in food or use our caterers, we cannot have food delivered and groups that use our caterers will be charged the actual catering costs, with no added surcharge. Groups must place their order through the Meeting Planner by Wednesday one week prior to the meeting date. We will bill the individual groups accordingly for catering and/or beverage service charges after the meeting.
CLE Programs: Any group that wishes to offer CLE credit at a program needs the approval of the PINNACLE Director.
