WisLAP is seeking members to write about well-being, self-care, mental health and work-life balance. Please consider sharing your thoughts, practices and beliefs through the WisLAP Well-News newsletter 

Consider some questions of topics to write about:

  • Why do you value/prioritize wellness, mental health and self-care?
  • What are your top three wo​​rk-related stressors and how do you mitigate them?
  • What's your favorite daily motto/mantra when stressors start ​piling up?
  • What are your top three personal stressors and how do you mitigate them?
  • How would you describe your health journey thus far?
  • What's your daily self-talk like?
  • If you could change one thing about the Wisconsin legal culture, what would it be?
  • What is/was your biggest stress-related struggle right out of law school?
  • What areas of your personal or professional life need more attention?
  • What advice would you give to a struggling attorney?​
