Consulting Services LLC, which delivers state and local tax

Ellen Wiesner, U.W. 1992 cum laude, has formed
MedLaw Insights LLC, 2281 Swan Blvd., Wauwatosa, which
provides litigation support and case analysis services for attorneys

Appointments, Elections
Grant E. Birtch, U.W. 1990, has been elected chair
of the Neenah Central City Business Improvement District board. He is a
partner in Hesson & Birtch LLC, Neenah.
Margaret (Peggy) Ahne Herlitzka, Marquette 1989, has
been appointed a supplemental court commissioner for La Crosse County.
She is a partner with Skemp, Hanson, Skemp & Sleik, La Crosse, and
focuses on family and personal injury law.
The Kenosha County Bar Association has elected the following
