A block of rooms has been reserved for WSSFC attendees under a discounted rate. Special WSSFC room rates will be honored at the Kalahari from October 17 to October 22 based on availability. Reservation deadline for discounted rooms is
September 18, 2023.
Wish to extend your stay? Check with the Kalahari on discounted rates before and after WSSFC. Room rates are for up to four people per room. There is an additional $50.00 per-person, per-night charge for more than four people.

Reservation deadline: Room reservations made by September 18, 2023, will receive the discounted Conference rates. Please note that rooms sell out quickly and we can’t guarantee that rooms will be available. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible.
All rooms include waterpark passes for 4 people. Room rates are for up to four people per room. There is an additional per-person charge for more than four people.

Hotel room cancellation policy
If you cancel your hotel reservation 72 hours or more prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your arrival, you forfeit your entire deposit (one night room charge).
